PERSONA ENERGY AND BOSCH ENGINEERING JAPAN LAUNCH TTAP BOSCH XCELERATOR TO DEVELOP NEXT-GEN MOTORSPORT ENGINEERS

TTAP BOSCH Xcelerator offers a hybrid of micro-credential certifications and immersive trackside training, tailored for individuals with a passion for motorsport engineering, vehicle dynamics, and race operations. Participants will learn directly from championship-winning engineers, team principals, and expert race mechanics, under the mentorship of Jazeman Jaafar, Founder of TTAP, Executive Director of Persona Energy, and renowned international racing driver.

The program builds on TTAP’s established partnerships with Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific and the Raja Muda of Selangor Foundation (Yayasan RMS) through its involvement in the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, and its past work in nurturing talent within the FIA World Endurance Championship. “Motorsport is an industry driven by innovation, precision, and high-performance teamwork. With TTAP BOSCH Xcelerator, we aim to prepare a new generation of talent with the critical skills, mindset, and global exposure required to succeed,” said Jazeman Jaafar.

Sepang, 1st July 2025 - In a landmark collaboration, Persona Energy Sdn Bhd and Bosch Engineering Japan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch the TTAP BOSCH Xcelerator, a motorsport-focused Technology Transfer Apprenticeship Program aimed at accelerating the development of engineering talent for high-performance racing environments.

The MoU was inked at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit during the celebrated return of SUPER GT Malaysia, symbolizing a major step forward for motorsport education and innovation in the region. This initiative brings together a leading Malaysian motorsport technology company and one of the world’s foremost names in automotive engineering.
